Possum Room: 3-4 years

• Designed for children age 3-4 year olds, the Possum Room has two (2) Educators supervising a maximum of 20 children 

• The room still focuses on settling the children into a new environment where they can feel comfortable to develop and extend on all areas including:

  • Social skills - forming friendships, interacting with children
  • Language skills - expressing needs and wants verbally
  • Cognitive skills - name, shape, colour and number recognition
  • Self Help Skills -toileting, unpacking lunch, dressing etc
    
    
• We follow the National Quality Framework and our curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework:

• Reflective evaluations are done daily for your viewing and comment, and photos are displayed via ipads & Kinderloop.
